
Program Blocks
Personal Training includes having your own customized program that is tailored to your goals. This will ensure you are working out with proper structure, direction and confidence. These blocks are in approximately 6 week intervals and are adjusted based on your progress, fitness levels and more!
Weekly Check In's
These ensure you remain accountable and are committed to your goals. They allow me to consistently monitor your progress and identify areas requiring adjustments. Checking in weekly enables me to provide feedback, re-evaluate your program and provide better support.
Accountability and Motivation
Training with me face-to-face means that you'll have me by your side every step of the way. You will be kept motivated and encouraged to push yourself, taking you outside of your comfort zone!
45 Minute Session with Me
In person session includes 45 minutes of professional guidance where you can learn to lift with correct technique, be pushed to maximise your potential and receive instant feedback.
​WhatsApp Support
You deserve support when you embark on your health and fitness journey. Working with me allow you to have constant communication with me via WhatsApp. Messages will always be responded to ASAP Monday-Friday.
