Understanding Our Terms & Conditions
Our Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are essential for establishing the legal framework that governs the relationship between XenActive and our valued clients. These terms are designed to protect both parties and outline the responsibilities and rights of each individual. It's crucial to tailor the T&C to the specific nature of our online coaching services to ensure clarity and fairness for all involved.
Online Coaching Minimum Term is 12 weeks
The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 week period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.
Cancellation notice is 2 weeks
You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.
Pause notice period is 3 days
You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.
Non refundable
Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Xen Active. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to XenActive for review.
Full liability waiver
You agree to release XenActive from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by XenActive involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
Information sharing restricted
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with XenActive, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorised sharing of such information will be directly addressed by XenActive.
